This product is suitable for wiring of control, monitoring circuits, and protection lines in underground coal mines with an AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below. Its mechanical and physical properties, as well as cable performance, meet the requirements of Q/QL005 and NB/T11129-2023 "Control Cables for Coal Mines".

Usage characteristics and main electrical performance indicators:

1. Rated voltage Uo/U: 450/750V.

2. Long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable conductor is 70°C.

3. Cable laying temperature not lower than 0°C, with permissible bending radius:

a: For cables without armor layer, not less than 6 times the cable outer diameter.

b: For cables with armor or copper tape shielding structure, not less than 12 times the cable outer diameter.

c: For flexible cables with shielding structure, not less than 6 times the cable outer diameter.

4. The use and maintenance of this product must comply with coal mine safety regulations.

5. Finished cables withstand an AC 50Hz, 3000V/5min voltage withstand test without breakdown.

6. Cable flame-retardant performance meets all test requirements of MT386 "Test Methods and Determination Rules for Flame-Retardant Performance of Coal Mine Cables".

7. Conductor DC resistance complies with the conductor standards specified in GB/T3956-2008 for cables.
