Product Description

This product is suitable for power transmission and distribution lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below. Mineral-insulated fire-resistant cable is a new product developed based on market demand. It is a fire-resistant cable with a novel structure, excellent technical performance, strong fire resistance, water resistance, corrosion resistance, convenient installation, and high safety. It combines the excellent characteristics of mineral-insulated cables, such as high temperature resistance, fire resistance, low smoke, non-toxicity, and aging resistance, while overcoming the shortcomings of mineral-insulated cables, such as poor bending performance, easy moisture absorption, numerous joints, and inconvenient installation. It is a replacement product for traditional mineral-insulated cables.


Product complies with and references the following standards: GB/T3956-2008, GB/T2706.1-2008, BS6387-2013, Q/QL0132022, and other relevant standards.

Cable Laying and Installation

1. The installation method for cables is basically the same as that for ordinary organic insulated cables.

2. The bending radius of the cable is 20D, where D is the outer diameter of the cable.

3. Single-core cables should be fixed using non-magnetic materials or magnetic components that are not fully closed.

4. Metal shavings and burrs must not be embedded in the inorganic insulation material at the cable stripping joint.
