Product Description
1-10 kV overhead insulated cables are suitable for AC rated voltage 1-10 kV power transmission and distribution grid systems. The 1kV overhead insulated cable shall comply with the standard GB/T12527-2008 "Overhead Insulated Cables with Rated Voltage of 1kV and Below" Q/QL022-2019 "Overhead Insulated Cables with Steel Core Aluminum Stranded Wire Core for Rated Voltage of 1kV and Below and 10kV". The 10kV overhead insulated cable shall comply with the standard GB/T14049-2008 "Rated Voltage 10kV Overhead Insulated Cable" Q/QL022-2019 "Rated Voltage 1kV and Below, 10kV Steel cored Aluminum Stranded Wire Core Overhead Insulated Cable".
Model, name, and scope of use
Note: (1) 1kV overhead insulated cables can produce 1, 2, and 4 cores of 10-400mm '. 10kV overhead insulated cables are mainly single core, with a production range of 10-400mm ²
(2) The selection of steel core reinforced section can be determined according to the tensile strength regulations of steel core aluminum stranded wire.
Main performance of the product
1. Usage characteristics
(1) Rated voltage 0.6/1kV, 10kV
(2) The long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductors: PVC insulation should not exceed 70 ℃, high-density polyethylene insulation should not exceed 75 ℃, and cross-linked polyethylene insulation should not exceed 90 ℃.
(3) The maximum temperature of the cable during a short circuit (with a maximum duration of no more than 5 seconds) is 160 ℃ for PVC insulation; High density polyethylene insulation is 150 ℃, while cross-linked polyethylene insulation is 250 ℃.
(4) The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than -20 ℃, and the cable should be preheated below this temperature.
(5) Allowable bending radius of cable:
a:0.6/1kV
Cable outer diameter (D)<25mm, should not be less than 4D; steel core reinforced type should not be less than 6D:
The outer diameter (D) of the cable should not be less than 6D if it is greater than 25mm; the steel core reinforcement type should not be less than 10D.
b:10kV
Single core cables should not be less than 20D, and steel core reinforced cables should not be less than 25D
Multi core cables should not be less than 15D; steel core reinforced cables should not be less than 20D.
[Note: The above D is the outer diameter of the cable.]. ]
2. Main electrical performance
(1) The maximum resistance of the finished cable conductor at 20 ℃ per kilometer is specified in Table 1
Note: The DC resistance of steel core reinforced conductor shall be the same specification value as that of steel core aluminum stranded wire.
(2) Insulation resistance test (non insulated shielded cable)
At room temperature, immerse the cable in water for no less than 1 hour, apply a direct current voltage of 80-500V, and stabilize for no less than 1 minute and no more than 5 minutes. The test results should comply with the provisions of Table 2.
(3) AC voltage test
At room temperature, immerse the cable in water for at least 1 hour and apply a test voltage for 1 minute. The cable should not break down, and the corresponding test voltage values for each rated voltage cable are specified in Table 3.
