Utilizing internationally advanced electron accelerator physical irradiation cross-linking technology, this product possesses heat resistance, flame retardancy, wear resistance, oil resistance, and high physical, mechanical, and electrical properties.

Product Description

Production Standards:

JB/T10491, GB/T9330-2020, GB/T12706.1-2020, and other relevant cable standards.

Usage Conditions:


1. Rated voltage U./U: 450/750V, 0.6/1kV.

2. Maximum conductor temperature during normal operation: 90℃ (omitted); 105℃-105℃; 125℃-125℃.

3. Cable laying temperature not lower than 0℃.

4. Minimum allowable bending radius during cable laying:

For unarmored cables, the allowable bending radius should not be less than 5 times the cable's outer diameter.

For armored cables, it should not be less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.

5. Suitable for applications requiring flame retardancy.

Main Electrical Performance

1. Conductor DC resistance at 20℃ conforms to GB/T3956.

2. Maximum elongation under cable insulation load is 175%, and maximum permanent elongation after cooling is 15%.
