Product Description

This product is suitable for conductive charging cables for electric vehicles with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and DC 1.0kV and below. It is suitable for use in public buildings (public buildings, shopping malls, public parking lots, highway gas stations, etc.) and residential parking lots or charging stations, and can charge various models of electric vehicles according to different voltage levels. This product adopts internationally advanced electron accelerator physical irradiation cross-linking technology, possessing high and low temperature resistance, flame retardancy, wear resistance, oil resistance, and high physical, mechanical, and electrical properties. The product complies with and references standards such as COC1103-2014.


Usage Characteristics:

1. Rated cable voltage: AC 450/750V, DC 1.0kV;

2. Ambient temperature range for cable use: -40℃~50℃;

3. Maximum conductor temperature during normal operation: 60℃, 90℃;

4. During a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the cable conductor temperature must not exceed 250℃;

5. The allowable bending radius for cable laying should not be less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
