Main purpose:


This product is suitable for use as a connecting wire for electrical appliances, instruments, electronic computers, and similar electronic devices in power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 300/500V and below, as well as for signal transmission and detection instruments. This product has good resistance to magnetic field interference and electrostatic interference. It is manufactured and inspected according to JB/T13486-2018 "Shielded Cables for Computers and Instruments".


Usage characteristics:


The working temperature of the cable conductor is: 70 ℃ for PVC insulated cables; Polyethylene insulated cable at 70 ℃; Cross linked polyethylene insulated cable at 90 ℃. Gas plastic insulation and sheath: two types: 200 ℃ C and 260 ℃; Fluoroplastic insulated silicone rubber sheath: 180 ℃ ℃. Polyvinyl chloride insulated, polyethylene insulated, and cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables: Minimum ambient temperature: -40 ° C for fixed installation, -15 ° C for non fixed installation. The laying temperature of the cable should not be lower than 0 ℃, and the bending radius of the cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable. Fluoroplastic insulated cable: minimum ambient temperature: fixed laying -60 ℃, non fixed laying -20 ℃, installation laying temperature: not less than -45 ℃, minimum bending radius: non armored cable not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable; Armored cables shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable. During use, cables should be protected from direct radiation or contact at high temperatures.
