Product Description

This product is suitable for cables used in electrical devices of power distribution, control, and signaling systems in rail transit vehicles with an AC rated voltage of 3kV and below. This product utilizes internationally advanced electron accelerator physical irradiation cross-linking technology, possessing high and low temperature resistance, flame retardancy, wear resistance, oil resistance, and high physical, mechanical, and electrical properties.

Usage Characteristics:


1. Rated Voltage: Crosslinked: 500V, 750V, 1.5kV, 3kV; DC rated voltage is 1.5 times the AC rated voltage.

2. Long-term Allowable Operating Temperature:

Ethylene-propylene rubber compound insulation: 100℃, 125℃

Crosslinked polyolefin compound insulation: 125℃, 150℃

3. Minimum Ambient Temperature for Cable Use:

Ethylene-propylene rubber compound insulation: -25℃, -40℃

Crosslinked polyolefin compound insulation: -40℃, -60℃

4. Allowable Bending Radius for Cable Laying:

For cable outer diameter (D) of 20mm and below, not less than 6D.

For cable outer diameter (D) above 20mm, not less than 8D.
