Product Description

Pre branch cable is a new product developed by our company to adapt to the complexity of modern building power distribution. This cable is suitable for high-rise building power distribution systems such as residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, and shopping malls, as well as lighting systems for highways, bridges, and tunnels. It achieves a reduction in relative power distribution costs at construction sites, a shortened construction period, and high reliability of power supply.

This product is manufactured and inspected in accordance with the standard JB/T10636-2006 "Rated Voltage 0.6/1kV (U_=1.2kV) Copper Core Plastic Insulated Prefabricated Branch Cable".

There are two types of pre branch cable forming connections. One is to measure and calculate each circuit according to the drawing requirements and the actual situation on site, and then put it into production. Traditional crimping injection molding is used during production; Another method is to use a puncture wire clamp (Kassem, France) T-joint molding, which does not require on-site measurement, calculation, and statistics, and can branch at any position of the cable.

c. Main characteristics of branch cable tapping system:


1. The insulation resistance at 20 ℃ is greater than 200M Ω.

2. Power frequency withstand voltage test ≥ 3.5kv/5min.

3. The contact resistance of the branch joint is small, and the ratio of the contact resistance to the standard resistance of the branch cable with an equal sign is ≤ 1.2.

4. The short-circuit strength of the joint is high, and the change rate of the short-circuit contact resistance ratio is ≤ 0.2.

5. ZR-YOV flame-retardant cable tapping system, with a self time of the sheath ≤ 12S.

6. Fire resistant cables can not only provide power under normal working conditions, but also maintain normal operation for 90 minutes under combustion conditions. 7. The maximum working temperature of PVC insulated cables reaches 70 ℃; The maximum working temperature of cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables reaches 90 ℃; The maximum working temperature of irradiated cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables can reach 105 ℃.

8. It has excellent corrosiveness and can resist the corrosion of inorganic salts, oils, alkalis, acids, and organic solvents.

9. Tapping system has excellent thermal stability and aging resistance.


d. Advantages of branch cable tapping system:

Ⅱ. Puncture clip T-connection pre branch cable


a. Introduction to puncture clip:


1. Puncture structure, easy installation, no need to strip insulated wires;

3. Self sealing structure, moisture-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, extends the service life of insulated wires and wire clamps;

5. The electrical contact resistance is small, and the contact resistance is less than 1.1 times the resistance of equal length branch wires, which meets the DL/T765.1-2001 standard;

7. Curved surface design, suitable for connecting wires of the same (different) diameter, with a wide range of connections (1.5-400mm ²).


b. Characteristics of puncture clip:


1. Easy to install, no need to peel off the insulation skin of the cable to make cable branches. The joints are completely insulated, and there is no need to cut off the main cable. Branches can be made at any position of the cable, and installation is simple and reliable. Simply pull down the sleeve and it can be installed with electricity.

2. Safe to use, the joint is twist resistant, shock resistant, waterproof, fire-resistant, and resistant to electrochemical corrosion. It does not require maintenance and has been successfully used for 30 years.

3. Cost saving, minimal installation space, saving bridge and civil engineering costs, applied in buildings, no terminal box required, distribution box does not require cable return, saving cable investment; The cost of cables and clamps is lower than other power supply systems.


c. Performance experiment of puncture line clamp product:


1. Mechanical performance: The gripping force of the wire clamp is greater than 1/10 of the wire breaking force, which meets the requirements of GB2314-1997;

2. Temperature rise performance: Under high current conditions, the temperature rise of the wire clamp is less than that of the connecting wire;

3. Thermal cycle performance: meets the GB/T2317.3-2000 standard for thermal cycle testing of power fittings;

4. Waterproof and insulation performance: comply with the relevant test requirements of GB/T13140.4-1998 Part 2 standard;

5. Corrosion resistance: Conduct 3 cycles of 14 days in sulfur dioxide and salt spray environments;

6. Environmental aging performance: exposed to UV radiation, dry and humid environments, temperature changes and thermal shock for six weeks;
